Shipping & Customs

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping, no matter where you are located.

2. What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on orders over $35. For orders under $35, a shipping fee of $6 will apply.

3. When will my order be shipped?
Most of our products are handmade, so processing may take some time. We aim to ship your order within 2 business days after it’s placed.

4. What is the delivery time?
Typically, delivery takes about 6 business days. For remote areas, it may take up to 11 business days.

5. Why hasn’t my tracking link been updated?
Your tracking link will provide the latest information about your order’s status. However, tracking information is not always updated daily and may take 48-72 hours to refresh. If it hasn’t been updated yet, don’t worry—your package is still on its way!

6. The tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If the courier has marked your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier for assistance in tracking your package. We want to make sure you receive your order, and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


Returns

1. How can I return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. Please refer to our return policy for a list of final sale items. All returns must be in their original condition with the packaging intact.

2. Will my return include shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees.

3. What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If you receive a wrong, missing, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and any relevant reference information. We will do our best to resend your item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

4. How long will the return process take?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return or cancellation request.
